Bio

Jen Doescher is the Retail Manager at Lake Ridge Bank’s Mount Horeb office. She began her banking career with Lake Ridge Bank in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative at the Middleton University Avenue location. Throughout her career, Jen has served clients at the bank’s Cross Plains, Black Earth, and Mount Horeb offices in both customer service and personal banking roles. Born and raised in rural southwest Wisconsin, Jen values the relationships that come with being a community banker. She enjoys getting to know her clients and their families, hearing their stories, and being someone they can turn to for trusted guidance and support throughout their financial journey.
