Amos Pearson is an experienced banking professional with more than 25 years of experience helping clients navigate their financial needs with confidence and ease. As an Executive Banker, he is passionate about making banking simple, convenient, and personalized for busy the busy professionals in our community.

Amos believes executive banking is best defined by the phrase: “You need a banker, not just a bank.” His approach centers on building trusted relationships, understanding each client’s unique circumstances, and tailoring the right banking solutions to fit their personal and professional goals. A lifelong Wisconsin native, Amos grew up in Madison and now resides in Stoughton with his wife and their three children. He takes pride in serving the communities that have shaped his life and values the opportunity to help local professionals achieve their financial goals.
