Report Fraud: How & What to Report

If you suspect fraud, reach out immediately:

  • Call our Customer Support team at (608) 223-3000 or (855) 256-7328 during our business hours:
    • Monday-Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm CST
    • Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm CST
  • Contact your banker immediately.

You should report:

  • Unfamiliar or unauthorized transactions
  • Account takeover attempts or debit card fraud
  • Phishing emails, suspicious texts or calls
  • Fake or altered checks
  • Impersonation of Lake Ridge Bank staff

  • We may lock affected accounts to prevent additional activity.
  • Our fraud team investigates and may contact you to verify information.
  • We help you get your accounts back on track.

Your next steps:

  • Change your online banking password and debit/ATM PINs.
  • Review recent transactions and account statements.
  • Set up real-time alerts for withdrawals, balances, and purchases.
