Report Fraud: How & What to Report
If you suspect fraud, reach out immediately:
- Call us anytime: 1‑855‑256‑7328
- Report in the mobile app: Tap the transaction in question, select Report Fraud, and follow the prompts.
- Contact your banker immediately.
You should report:
- Unfamiliar or unauthorized transactions
- Account takeover attempts or debit card fraud
- Phishing emails, suspicious texts or calls
- Fake or altered checks
- Impersonation of Lake Ridge Bank staff
After You Report: Next Steps
Once we receive your report:
- We may lock affected accounts to prevent additional activity.
- Our fraud team investigates and may contact you to verify information.
- We help you get your accounts back on track.
Your next steps:
- Change your online banking password and debit/ATM PINs.
- Review recent transactions and account statements.
- Set up real-time alerts for withdrawals, balances, and purchases.
- Don’t share your login credentials or personal info with anyone.
