A Better Way to Pay: Zelle Gets an Upgrade

We’re making an improvement to your digital banking experience. Zelle® will soon move to its own dedicated space within Lake Ridge Bank Online and Mobile Banking.

To complete this upgrade, Zelle will be temporarily unavailable from Tuesday, March 10 at 4:00 p.m. CST until the morning of Wednesday, March 11. During this time, you will not be able to schedule new Zelle payments. However, you will still be able to receive money, and any payments that were previously scheduled will be processed as planned.

Once Zelle becomes available again, simply log in to Online or Mobile Banking, select Zelle, and review the updated Terms of Service. Because Zelle will now operate separately from Bill Pay, you will need to accept the new terms before sending payments. After that, you can begin using Zelle right away.

What’s Not Changing

Your Zelle experience will remain easy and familiar. All existing contacts will stay the same, and your linked accounts and preferred payment account will remain in place. Future scheduled and recurring payments will not be affected, and no action is needed before the upgrade.

New to Zelle®? Here’s Why Clients Love It

Zelle makes it easy to send and receive money directly between bank accounts, typically within minutes. Whether you are paying a babysitter, splitting dinner with friends, or sending money to family, all you need is an email address or a United States mobile number.

Thank you for your patience as we make this update. We’re committed to making banking easy and providing fast, convenient ways to send and receive money. If you have any questions, our Customer Support team is happy to help. Call (608) 223-3000, or visit lakeridge.bank for more information.
