Giovanna has been in banking since 2000 and joined Lake Ridge Bank in 2015, starting as Assistant Branch Manager at the Atwood location. Over the past several years, she has developed an expansive knowledge across the mortgage process, from servicing and processing to closing and loss mitigation.
