As Senior Vice President – Business Banking Sales Manager, Scott Bordwell brings more than 37 years of commercial banking experience to Lake Ridge Bank. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships by helping businesses navigate opportunities, overcome challenges, and plan for long-term success. Known for his thoughtful approach and trusted guidance, Scott is committed to understanding each client’s goals and delivering financial solutions that evolve alongside their business.

Scott partners with business owners across a wide range of industries, providing strategic guidance on commercial lending, business growth, acquisitions, commercial real estate financing, and succession planning. His experience, local market knowledge, and relationship-first approach have made him a trusted advisor to generations of business leaders throughout southern Wisconsin.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. He has dedicated countless hours to serving the community through leadership roles with organizations including Forward Janesville, Crime Stoppers, the Janesville Police and Fire Commission, the City of Janesville Revolving Loan Fund, United Way Blackhawk Region, and the UW Rock County Foundation. Scott is also a founding member of Chasing Chad, a nonprofit organization that supports brain tumor research and helps patients and families in memory of his brother.
