Bio

Matthew Kostuck is the Retail Manager at Lake Ridge Bank’s Middleton – University Avenue location. He began his banking career in 2014 and joined Lake Ridge Bank in September 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, Matthew has focused on business client onboarding and retention, home equity lending, and helping clients find financial solutions that fit their needs. He also has experience supporting small businesses through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), assisting with both loan applications and forgiveness. Matthew is a member of the Business Professionals Association (BPA) and earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication Technologies with an emphasis in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville.
