As Vice President – Business Relationship Manager, Joe brings more than 20 years of banking experience to Lake Ridge Bank. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside business owners to provide personalized financial solutions and trusted guidance that help businesses grow, adapt, and achieve their long-term goals. His experience in residential lending, retail banking, and commercial banking gives him a well-rounded perspective and allows him to deliver thoughtful solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Joe believes strong relationships are the foundation of successful banking. He takes the time to understand each client’s business, offering responsive service, local decision-making, and financial strategies that support both today’s opportunities and tomorrow’s goals.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is a graduate of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. He is actively involved in the community through Forward Janesville’s Government Relations Committee and serves as Board President of the Janesville Youth Basketball and Softball Association, where he also coaches. In addition, he coaches youth basketball for Milton Youth Basketball. Outside of work, Joe enjoys camping, hunting, and spending time with his family.
