Bio

Originally from Branson, Missouri, Caitlin brings a unique blend of energy, expertise, and community spirit to her role as Retail Manager at Lake Ridge Bank’s Bridge Road office. A proud Missouri State University graduate, Caitlin spent much of her college life immersed in marching band rehearsals, building the discipline and teamwork skills that continue to guide her career today.

With five years of banking experience, Caitlin began her journey as a Cash Vault Teller, working in an old, heavily secured warehouse where she helped process millions of dollars in cash each week. In 2021, she and her other half relocated to Sun Prairie, where she has spent the past four years serving the East Madison community. During that time, she became an ambassador for the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce and is a proud graduate of the Sun Prairie Chamber’s Leadership Sun Prairie program.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys a mix of adventure and relaxation. Whether she’s reading, camping, watching scary movies, or playing card, board, and video games with her family, she loves making memories with the people she cares about most—including her three beloved cats.
