As Senior Vice President – Business Banking Sales Manager, Brian Anderson brings 25 years of commercial banking experience to Lake Ridge Bank. He is passionate about helping businesses succeed by building trusted relationships and delivering personalized financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Brian works closely with business owners to understand their financial needs, offering guidance on lending, deposit, and treasury management solutions while connecting clients with the bank’s full range of services—including mortgage and wealth management—when it supports their long-term success. His thoughtful, relationship-first approach and commitment to responsive, local service have made him a trusted advisor to businesses throughout the Beloit area.

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. A lifelong Beloit resident, he is deeply invested in the community and has served in leadership roles with several local economic development and nonprofit organizations, demonstrating his commitment to helping both local businesses and the community thrive.
