As Senior Vice President – Business Relationship Manager, Aron Bussan brings more than 25 years of commercial and business banking experience to Lake Ridge Bank. Serving businesses throughout the Janesville area, Aron takes the time to understand each client’s goals, challenges, and opportunities, providing personalized financial solutions that help businesses grow and thrive.

Aron earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. He is deeply committed to the Janesville community and actively volunteers with numerous local organizations. He serves as Treasurer of the Hedberg Public Library Foundation Board, President of the Janesville Community Day Care Center Board, Vice President of the KANDU Industries Board, Chair of the United Way Campaign Committee, and leads both the Annual Fund and Spring Fling committees at Our Lady of the Assumption School, where he also serves on the Finance Council for both the school and parish.
