Q: What are some things that you help bank customers with?

Paul: As a Business Relationship Manager, I deliver a comprehensive suite of financial services designed to support the unique needs of business owners in our community. From financing solutions such as working capital, expansion funding, and equipment purchases to commercial real estate and cash management services that optimize cash flow, I help businesses thrive. Additionally, I provide advisory services to guide owners through growth opportunities and financial challenges. By offering these tailored solutions, I cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with the business owners I serve.

Q: What are the best things about living and working in this area?

Paul: One of the most rewarding aspects of living and working in Waunakee is the opportunity to not only serve our clients but also engage with the community. Being involved in Rotary, the Village of Waunakee Finance Committee, the Chamber of Commerce, Wauktoberfest, and attending my children’s school activities, along with many other local events, allows me to build meaningful connections and bridge the gap between the bank and the community. This involvement brings a deep sense of fulfillment as I contribute to the growth and vibrancy of Waunakee.

Q: Do you have any favorites to recommend (TV show, movie, book, podcast, board game, app, etc.)?

Paul: I have many! Here are just a few:

TV Show: Suits
It makes me appreciate showing up every day with the same level of passion, dedication, and integrity you expect from others.

BookNever Split the Difference by Chris Voss with Tahl Raz
This is a great book to improve your negotiating skills.

Game: UNO!
I don’t know how he does it, but my 7-year-old wins every time. It’s easy but still fun for everyone.

Q: Do you have any “heroes” or people you admire? What makes them special?

Paul: My father has been a significant hero in my life. He inspired me to persevere in the face of adversity, to keep pushing forward even when progress isn’t immediately visible, and to continually adapt and evolve. His guidance taught me the importance of finding new ways to achieve both personal and professional goals, no matter the challenges.
