S.B.C.P. Bancorp, Inc. and Monona Bankshares, Inc. will combine in a merger of equals to create the largest bank headquartered in Dane County, Wisconsin and the sixth-largest headquartered in Wisconsin, with almost $3 billion in combined assets.
