Michael Adler, Retail Manager at Lake Ridge Bank’s New Glarus office, has been a dedicated member of the banking community since 2017. Starting his career as a Teller in the Mt Horeb location, Michael quickly advanced through various roles, including Personal Banker and Personal Banking Specialist at our Oregon, and Schenk’s Corner locations. His expertise in personal loans and client relationships led him to the Senior Banking Advisor Float position, where he gained extensive experience across Evansville, Brooklyn, Cottage Grove, and Atwood. Promoted to Retail Manager in April 2024, Michael thrives on the dynamic nature of his role, giving him the opportunity to meet new clients, and build strong community relationships. Passionate about community banking, Michael actively participates in local events and volunteer opportunities in New Glarus, ensuring responsive and timely support for community needs. His commitment to understanding and engaging with clients both inside and outside the bank just shows his dedication to the communities he serves.
