Kassy Ripp is a born-and-raised Waunakee native with a deep-rooted love for farming. From a young age, Kassy worked side by side with her father, honing her skills in cash crop farming and showing dairy cattle at numerous local county and state fairs.

Drawing on her passion for agriculture, Kassy pursued a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from UW-Platteville. Her dedication and hard work over the past nine years since beginning her career have allowed her to gain invaluable experience in every facet of the agricultural lending field.
