Bio

William (“Bill”) Czaplewski brings 36 years of experience in financial services, including more than three decades with Lake Ridge Bank. As Vice President and Wealth Officer, he works closely with individuals, families, and organizations to plan for the future and manage wealth with care. Guided by global fiduciary principles, Bill ensures that every recommendation and decision aligns with his clients’ best interests.

He holds a Wisconsin Life and Health Insurance License, as well as Series 6, 7, and 63 securities licenses. Bill has also earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designations, reflecting his advanced knowledge in retirement strategies and fiduciary best practices.

Outside of his professional role, Bill is an active member of the Sons of the American Legion. He and his family regularly volunteer to support veteran-related causes.
